  • Marine Biology and Aquaculture Research, Outreach and Training with special emphasis on Tropical Mariculture Fisheries and Conservation of commercially important fish and shellfish.
  • Excellent Aquaculture skills in hatchery and farming experience in Bivalve Molluscs (Pearl Oysters, Clams, Oysters, Mussels), Sea Cucumbers, SeaWeeds and Marine Fish
  • Experience in Marine Capture FinFish and Shellfish Fisheries and management  with special emphasis in the Indo-Pacific areas
  • Experience in Aquaculture and other Project design, formulation, execution and management
  • Grant Writing, reporting  (Federal, International Donor Agencies) and Grant Management
  • Scientific Experimental Design, Execution,  Data collection and compilation

  •  Administrator / Dean/ Director experience
  • Staff management, Office Management and  planning Fiscal Management and planning
  • Familiar and participated in Strategic Planning processes
  • Familiar with Federal and several International Agencies procedures and policies on quotations and procurement and auditing processes
  • Conference and training organization and execution
  • Good at Public speaking  including speaking at meetings conferences
  • Excellent in Office skills in word Processing soft wares (Microsoft Office, Adobe), scanning and copying
  • Posters, Brochure, leaflets, manuals and other mass medial audio visual aid design, development  and printing
  • Computer literate in hardware and software installation and troubleshooting
  • Specialized in Aquaculture fish and shellfish Pathology
  • Hands on experience in Microbiology (Environmental and Aquaculture)
  • Exposed to pathological techniques like histology, cytology
  • Worked with students and youth as part of various community projects
